Terms of Service | Gaming Paradise, LLC

1. Booking and Payment Terms

All discounts must be requested before booking. Gaming Paradise can ask for proof of profession before adding a discount to the invoice at the owner's discretion.
To reserve your event, a valid credit or debit card is required. A **nonrefundable deposit of $100** is due at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due at least **24 hours before** the event begins. If you choose to pay with a credit card on the day of the event, a **7% processing fee** will be applied. One attempt to reschedule can be made based on availability, and additional fees may apply if further rescheduling is needed.

2. Acknowledgement of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in Gaming Paradise's interactive activities includes potential risks, including physical injury and psychological stress. Teen and Mature-rated games may be included, and I am responsible for informing relevant parties, including the host parent and Gaming Paradise staff, of any special needs or allergies of my child(ren). I accept full responsibility for any personal injury I may sustain and release Gaming Paradise and its representatives from liability, including injuries due to their negligence.

3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaming Paradise, its owners, employees, and agents against any claims or costs (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in Gaming Paradise activities, even if injuries occur due to Gaming Paradise’s negligence.

4. Responsibility for Damages
I agree to cover any damages caused by my or my guests' actions to Gaming Paradise facilities, including damage from wet clothes, toys, or party favors.

5. Legal Venue
Any legal claims arising from my participation in Gaming Paradise activities will be resolved under Virginia law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Virginia state and federal courts.

6. Agreement to Terms
I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement without any pressure or duress and have had reasonable time to review it.

7. Photography Consent
During the party, the Game Coach may take photos for sharing on Gaming Paradise’s social media and website. If I do not want photos taken or posted, I will notify Gaming Paradise via email before the event.

8. Property Damage Responsibility
Gaming Paradise is not liable for any damage to property due to the specific placement of the gaming trailer as requested by the client. The client assumes responsibility for any damages or theft of Gaming Paradise property due to client or guest actions.

9. Severability
If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

10. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes related to this agreement will be settled by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with judgment enforceable in Virginia state or federal courts.

11. Activity Risk Disclaimer
I recognize that participation involves physical and mental risks, including serious injury or property loss. These risks may arise from various factors, including terrain, weather, equipment, other participants, and volunteers.

12. Right to Terminate
Gaming Paradise may terminate the party without refunding any remaining balance if necessary.

13. Concealed Weapons Policy
I will ensure that my guests are not carrying concealed weapons. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event.

14. Weather Policy
The Gaming Paradise trailer is equipped for all weather conditions but may need rescheduling in cases of severe weather for the safety of all participants and staff. If severe weather is anticipated, clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss rescheduling options.

15. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Alcohol may be served at the event; however, Gaming Paradise reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or end any party where alcohol use is deemed problematic. Any use of illegal drugs or misuse of legal substances will result in immediate termination of the party.
